1. Agreement

By using Smaguide Email at https://samguidemamger.site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Email Practices.

2. Service description

Smaguide Email is a platform for creating templates, managing contacts, sending campaigns, and reviewing delivery analytics using Amazon SES.

3. Acceptable use (anti-spam)

You agree that you will:

• Send email only to recipients who explicitly opted in (or have another lawful basis).
• Never use purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested mailing lists.
• Include a clear identity of the sender and a working unsubscribe method in outbound mail.
• Honor unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint signals promptly.
• Not send phishing, malware, deceptive content, or illegal content.
• Comply with applicable laws (including anti-spam rules) and the AWS Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of contact lists and campaign content.
• You must keep admin credentials secure.
• You must maintain valid “From” domains/identities as required by Amazon SES.

5. Suppression & enforcement

We may suppress addresses that bounce or complain, and we may suspend sending that risks service reputation, spam complaints, or policy violations.

6. Third-party services

Email delivery and event notifications rely on Amazon SES / SNS and our hosting provider. Their terms and availability may affect the service.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery or inbox placement. Deliverability depends on recipient providers, content quality, list hygiene, and authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smaguide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or email delivery outcomes.
