1. Who we are

Smaguide (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Smaguide Email platform at https://samguidemamger.site. We provide email campaign tools for businesses that send messages to contacts who have opted in to receive them.

2. Information we collect

• Contact data you upload or enter: email address, name, company, and subscription status.
• Campaign data: templates, campaign settings, send schedules, and message content you create.
• Delivery & engagement events: sent, delivery, bounce, complaint, open, click, and unsubscribe events (including timestamps, links clicked, and message IDs from Amazon SES).
• Account access data: authentication needed to administer the platform.

3. How we use information

• To send emails you authorize through Amazon SES.
• To track delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints for reporting and list hygiene.
• To honor unsubscribe and suppression requests immediately.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.

4. Legal basis / consent

You must only upload or send to recipients who have given explicit consent (or another lawful basis) to receive your emails. Purchased, scraped, or rented lists are not allowed.

5. Storage

Platform data is stored in a MySQL database hosted for this service. Email delivery is processed by Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). Engagement events may be received via Amazon SNS webhooks.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers strictly needed to operate the service (for example Amazon Web Services for email delivery and event notifications, and our hosting provider).

7. Retention

We retain contact and event data while your account is active and as needed for compliance, abuse prevention, and analytics. You may request deletion of contact data by contacting us.

8. Your choices

• Recipients can unsubscribe at any time via the link in emails or at https://samguidemamger.site/unsubscribe.php.
• Unsubscribed and complained addresses are suppressed from future sends.

9. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and provider security controls appropriate for this service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
