Smaguide Email at https://samguidemamger.site is committed to permission-based email only. We do not tolerate spam. This policy supports compliance with anti-spam laws and the AWS Acceptable Use Policy for Amazon SES.

2. Permission required

• We send email after opt-in engagement: signup or import → welcome marketing email → recipient clicks any link (except unsubscribe) → status becomes confirmed/sendable.
• Public signup: https://samguidemamger.site/subscribe.php
• Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or third-party shared lists are strictly prohibited.
• Imports require attestation and remain pending until each recipient engages with the welcome email.
• Contact records store consent source, timestamps, signup IP, and page URL for audit.

3. Prohibited practices

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• Using deceptive subject lines, forged headers, or misleading sender identity.
• Phishing, malware distribution, or illegal content.
• Re-mailing addresses after unsubscribe, hard bounce, or spam complaint.

4. Easy unsubscribe

• Every marketing/campaign email includes a working unsubscribe link.

• Requests are processed immediately and the address is suppressed from future sends.

5. Bounce & complaint handling

• Amazon SES events (bounce, complaint, delivery) are processed via SNS/webhook.
• Hard bounces and complaints are added to the suppression list automatically.
• We monitor bounce and complaint rates to protect recipients and sender reputation.

6. Enforcement

Accounts that violate this Anti-Spam Policy may have sending paused or terminated. Abuse reports: support@smaguide.ai.
